In the time it takes to make a bottle

In mummyworld you have to multitask if you want to get anything done. Around 2.30 i know that Rio wanting a bottle is going to mean a nap for a few hours. I know that if i want to get anything else done before Craig gets in from work it needs to be in the few minutes while that bottle cools/warms. Because after that, i let Rio doze away on my lap while i relax and watch abit of tele.

Turn the kettle on

Get out a bottle

Get out the jug

Stir the stew in the slow cooker

Let the dog out for a wee

& take the bottles on the side out to the green recycle box

Check on Rio

Kettles boiled

Pour water into jug

Put bottle in jug.

Wipe water off side from leaky kettle

Put jug on the fireplace

Tidy away toys

Test bottle

Put back in the water

Dash upstairs for a last chance toilet stop

Tidy away OH's morning mess

Dash downstairs

Check Rio's okay

Tidy away toys again, sneaky Rio

Check bottle

Pour water down sink

Put away jug

Let the dog back in

Pick up Rio

Get comfy together on sofa

Feed

Rio sleeps, i watch Charmed (guilty pleasure)
