PrinterPix Photo Competition

This is my entry for the babies under 2 category.

 

Theres times when someone comes into your life and changes it for the worst...and theres times when someone comes and changes it for the better. Rio is the latter. If you asked me two years back if i thought that at the age of 21 id have a baby i would of told you that you were years out, maybe forever out. But sometimes life isnt meant to go to plan. Five years into mine and Craigs relationship along came little Rio. 6lb6oz of pure perfection. I didnt cry straight away when he was born, i always thought i would. But truth is it happened so fast (7minutes pushing) that i was just in awe of this little bundle suddenly on my chest. It was when i remembered Craig was actually in the room with me haha, and i saw the look in his eyes that the tears started! This picture sums that up & brings it back to me everytime.

For now i can remember every little second from then until now. But this blog is for when i cant. The pictures, the words, catching all those little memories..because afterall, there the ones that make us smile!
